What is the Le Bureau Affiliate Programme?
Le Bureau will pay you 10% commission every time a sale is made by a visitor who comes via your site. In addition to the fact that you can earn money by joining our Affiliate Programme, you can also add value to the content of your site. The Programme allows you to provide offers that in turn attract more visitors to your site.

How does the Le Bureau Affiliate Programme work?
You simply place coded hyperlinks or banners on your web site. Each time a customer clicks through from your site and results in a sale, you'll earn a commission. We will send you a check monthly for all sales you referred to our site.

How much will I be paid?
You will a earn 10% for every sale that is referred from your site. Our two tier system also allows you to earn 3% for every sale that your recruited affiliates generate. We will pay all the taxes that we are required to pay and we will not deduct any taxes from your commissions. You just take care of the taxes that you are required to pay in your country.

How do I join the Le Bureau Affiliate Programme?
Joining our Affiliate Programme is easy : read the Affiliate agreement and if you accept it, fill out the Affiliate Application. When your application is accepted, you will be notified via email about how to link to us. When you have placed our link on your site, we are able to track all the traffic and sales that are coming from your site. Thus we can pay all the commissions that you are entitled to.

Does it cost anything to join The Le Bureau Affiliate Programme?
No. The Le Bureau Affiliate Programme is completely free.

Does my web site qualify for the Le Bureau Affiliate Programme?
If you have a web site you can join. However, it is recommended that the web sites that are joining, are related to the products (virtual office management or secretarial, printing or stationery services) or line of business of Le Bureau. In addition we reserve the right to refuse any site, especially if it contains unsuitable material. Web sites that are violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, encourage violence, illegal activity or racism or web sites that are promoting materials, products or services related to pornography will not be accepted for the Le Bureau Affiliate Programme. Web sites using spamming (sending unsolicited e-mail) in their marketing will also be refused entry to the Le Bureau Affiliate Programme.

Do you have an automatic approval system?
Yes. All applications will automatically go through the approval system. However, we will check that the applicant site is in line with our Agreement.

Are there any marketing methods that I can't use in the Le Bureau Affiliate Programme?
Yes. Sending unsolicited email is strictly prohibited. Unless you have a list of people who have subscribed to your newsletter or some other service, you are NOT allowed to send unsolicited bulk email. We will not tolerate any kind of bulk email promoting, when it is regarded as spamming. If caught spamming, the Affiliate will be removed immediately from the Le Bureau Affiliate Programme and forfeit all the commissions. If an Affiliate has an Opt-In E-mail List, sending promotional emails to subscribers is acceptable and even recommended.

How do you know that the order came from my site?
When you sign up to become an Affiliate, you are assigned a unique Affiliate Identification Number. Every time a visitor links from your web site to Le Bureau, this ID Number is captured and tracked with the purchase transaction data. As long as you download the links properly, we can track visitors who originated directly from your site prior to placing an order. We will also email you whenever a visitor from your site places an order, thereby earning you a commission.

How can I monitor my sales and commissions?
You can check on your commissions anytime by logging into your Affiliate account at (insert link)

Where I can find Le Bureau banners and text links and other promotional material?
Simply log in to your Affiliate account at (insert link) to access the variety of linking options.

Can I link to Le Bureau from more than one Web site?
Yes. You may link to Le Bureau from multiple sites as long as none of them violates the terms of the Affiliate Agreement. You need to submit the URLs for all sites, which you plan to use to promote Le Bureau. Submit them to business@le-bureau.co.uk.

Can I link my site to other companies in the same line of business in addition to Le Bureau?
Yes. There is no exclusivity clause in our Agreement. However, it is recommended that you don't link to companies that offer similar services as Le Bureau. We recommend that you link to companies that sell products complementary to the Le Bureau line of services.

Can I change or modify the images provided by Le Bureau?
No. You have to place all the images into your site as they are and you can not modify them without our written consent.

Do I have to provide customer service?
No. Le Bureau is responsible for all the customer service of the Le Bureau services promoted on Affiliate sites.

I don't live in United Kingdom. Can I participate?
Yes. We operate world wide and we welcome all related web sites to participate in the Le Bureau Affiliate Programme. Note, however, that all the commissions will be paid in UK pounds.

How can I promote Le Bureau?
In addition to the text links and banners provided by Le Bureau you can be as creative as you can. Write a newsletter, use testimonials, write articles. You find our promotional material at (insert link) If you decide to write your own copies, you must send them to Le Bureau at business@le-bureau.co.uk for review.

Can I use bulk email when promoting your services?
